Day 1. Wed: Sydney - Buenos Aires 

Join an Aerolineas Argentinas flight from Sydney to Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. (L*)  

Day 2. Thu: Buenos Aires

Morning sightseeing tour includes the President's Palace, Plaza Mayo, Avenida 9 de Julio, Colon Theatre, Cathedral and picturesque Boca waterfront. (B)  

Day 3. Fri: Buenos Aires - Iguazu

This morning transfer for your flight to the world's most spectacular waterfalls, Iguazu Falls on the border of Argentina and Brazil. (B)  

Day 4. Sat: Iguassu Falls

From the numerous walkways on the Argentine side, revel in the spectacular views of the Falls, as the Iguazu River hurtles over a cataract several kilometres wide into a churning cauldron 60 metres below. (B)  

Day 5. Sun: Iguassu Falls - Rio de Janeiro

Morning tour to the Brazilian side and optional helicopter ride prior to your afternoon flight to Rio de Janeiro. (B)  

Day 6. Mon: Rio de Janeiro

Morning tour to the top of Corcovado Mountain to see the 40 metre high statue of  

Christ the Redeemer. Continue through the Tijuca Forest and the famous beaches of  

Leblon and Ipanema to your hotel. Tonight join together for a welcome dinner and samba show. (B,D)  

 

Day 7 - 8. Tue - Wed: Rio de Janeiro

Two days to discover the many attractions, including the Carnival atmosphere, of this cosmopolitan city. Go shopping, relax on Copacabana Beach or visit Sugar Loaf Mountain. (B)  

Day 9. Thu: Rio de Janeiro - Paraty

This morning you will travel south by coach along the Brazilian Riviera to the charming colonial town of Paraty. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free to explore this cobble stoned colonial treasure chest, which has been set aside by the Brazilian National Trust as one of Brazil's heritage cities. (B)  

Day 10. Fri: Paraty

Full day cruise to the neighbouring islands for a different relaxing view. (B)  

Day 11. Sat: Paraty - Buenos Aires

Today is at leisure prior to your afternoon transfer to Rio and the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. (B,D*)  

Day 12. Sun: Buenos Aires

A day to explore this fascinating cosmopolitan city on your own. (B)  

Day 13. Mon: Buenos Aires

Day at leisure prior to your evening transfer to the airport for your flight to Sydney. (B,D*)  

Day 14. Tue: In flight

Day 15. Wed: Sydney 

Connect with domestic flights. (B*)
